I was in your store on (location) last (date). I have always enjoyed shopping at your store and appreciate the quality and large selection of (product). On the day of my last visit, I was disappointed in the service I received by your employees. I was shopping with my small children and asked for some help in getting an item from the top shelf. I asked two clerks behind the counter for assistance. Instead of helping me, they continued with their personal conversation, without recognizing my need. When I asked again, I was treated very rudely. Although one of the employees did help me with the item, she treated me as if I were a burden.
I normally have wonderful experiences in your store. I've never been treated this poorly before, in any retail store, let alone in one of your establishments. I know this isn't the way you would like your employees to act. I trust you will take the necessary measurements to ensure this type of behavior doesn't happen in your stores again.
