Dear (recipient's name),
You must dread this time of year when it gets cold and the storms come in. I know you are doing your best to keep the sidewalks and walkways clear of snow. We do appreciate your efforts.
I'm concerned about the parking area. I know you've hired a company to plow the parking lots when (number) inches of snow is on the ground. The last couple of storms we've had, nobody has come to clear the parking lot. In fact, during the last storm, I watched several of my neighbors get stuck and spin on the ice in the parking lot because it hadn't been cleared. I worry about each of our safety as we try to get in and out of our homes during a storm. Would you mind checking with the snow removal company and reminding them to come to our building? Perhaps they have just forgotten that we are part of the service you pay them for.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Sincerely,
(your name)
